Change the Resource Name

Changeing the resource name of Electron Anticheat is quite easy but be sure to follow the next steps to ensure the renaming doesn’t cause any issues.

Steps to Rename the Resource

1. Uninstall the Current Resource
   While the anticheat is still running under its current name, execute the following command in the server console:

   /eacuninstall  

   This prepares the system for the renaming process.

2. Rename the Resource Folder
   Navigate to your server’s resources directory. Locate the Electron Anticheat resource folder and rename it to your desired name. Ensure the new name does not contain spaces, as FiveM resource names cannot have spaces.

3. Restart the Resource
   Start the anticheat resource using its new name. If needed, update the server.cfg file to reflect the new resource name, then restart your server to apply the changes.
